jonas	30eeaabc5a	Update app title and enhance app bar UI ... Changed the HTML title to 'Judoteam - Stadtlohn'. Improved the app bar in Layout.vue by replacing search and heart icons with account and theme toggle buttons, each wrapped in tooltips for better user guidance.
